Because digital goods are delivered instantly and can be redeemed, all sales are generally final once delivered/revealed.
That said, we run a partner-friendly verification process for legitimate issues. If a code does not activate or there is a delivery issue, you may submit a claim within the time window defined in our Code Support Policy.

15) Governing law and disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PSN:B2B operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the PSN:B2B support channel. If a resolution is not reached within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law.
